Please tell us about yourself.
I grew up in Korea and lived in China before moving to the states during high school. I love music and playing music to worship God. I have served in church band, choir, and praise team pretty much all my life. I enjoy playing piano & flute during my free time.

How did God bring you to work at EC?
I learned of EC through friends who attended EC during high school. I knew back then EC truly cares for students’ academic, social, emotional and spiritual growth. When I came back to EC after college looking for a teaching job, EC was certainly on my mind. I was elated to know that they wanted me for not only teaching in the classroom but also to get involved with the international program. While I took a break from teaching, I was able to expand my horizon and deepen my understanding on educational landscape while working on my doctoral degree. I’m excited to continue that journey while fully involved with the international program.

Why Eastern Christian School?
EC provides Christian education to students from diversity of places, locally and internationally. I have seen how God intricately connects students and staff from different culture and background in ways that go beyond their years at EC and am excited to be part of their journey.
