Application Timeline

Early Decision Enrollment

October 1 – December 31

• The best time of year to apply!
• Apply for free: no application fee!
• $400 tuition savings for up-front paid in full contracts of full time students signed before December 31.
• Early Variable Tuition Consideration available beginning October 1. Simply submit prior year’s tax return and two most recent pay stubs of all financially responsible adults in the home. 
• Once application forms are completed, process will be completed within 10 business days
• $500 non-refundable tuition deposit due at time of contract signing

Open Enrollment

January 1 – June 30

• Next school year will be upon us before you know it, so consider joining the EC family!
• $100 application fee.
• Variable Tuition Compatible: Application Priority Deadline: May 31 VT applications received after this date considered on a rolling basis.
• $27 Variable Tuition Application Fee Prior to May 31. $50 After.
• Once application forms are completed, process will be completed within 10 business days
• $500 non-refundable tuition deposit due at time of contract signing

Special Consideration Applications

July 1 – September 15

• It’s not too late to join the EC family this coming school year!
• Applications considered on a per-application basis
• Variable Tuition: Applications considered on a rolling basis.
• $50 Variable Tuition Application Fee
• 10 day completion timetable not guaranteed
• 1 month non-refundable tuition deposit due at time of contract signing in July.

Mid Year Transfers

During the School Year

• We consider all mid-year transfers on a per-application basis.
• Applications considered on a per-application basis
• Variable Tuition: Applications considered on a rolling basis.
• $50 Variable Tuition Application Fee
• 10 day completion timetable not guaranteed
• 1 month non-refundable tuition deposit due at time of contract signing
