I attest with my signature below that I have given to Eastern Christian School true and complete information on this application. No requested information has been concealed. I understand that if I am selected as the final candidate for any position with Eastern Christian School I will have to successfully complete a criminal background check and submit to having my my fingerprints recorded. I authorize Eastern Christian School to contact references provided for employment reference checks at a mutually agreed upon time. If any information I have provided is untrue, or if I have concealed material information, I understand that this will constitute cause for the denial of employment or immediate dismissal.
