NJ.com names Eastern Christian School as Top Workplaces 2023 award winner

We are excited to announce that NJ.com has named Eastern Christian School a Top Workplaces 2023 award winner. This is the fifth time EC has received a Top Workplaces award.

“We are thankful to once again be chosen for this honor,” shares Dr. Ruth Kuder, head of school. “It reflects our institution’s strong sense of mission and our commitment to all the people we serve. Our colleagues understand that they are called to work that is not only meaningful, but that has eternal consequences.”

The list of winners is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey measures 15 drivers of a healthy organizational culture, including these top four:  Employees are clear about the future direction of the organization, feel genuinely appreciated, believe they are enabled to work at their full potential and find meaning in their work.
