Awaken: Youth Prayer Rally

Eastern Christian High School Project Lead students have been hard at work planning Awaken: Youth Prayer Rally.

 

Seven youth groups are now involved, plus Eastern Christian High School students! You are invited to this multi-denominational youth event where we will be praying for area schools, local communities, churches and each other. Here are the details:

 

When? THIS Sunday, April 30, 7-9 p.m. (one hour ceremony plus one hour of fellowship)

Hosted at Rockpoint Church, 400 N. Haledon Ave, North Haledon

Featuring the Bethany Church worship band

 

 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” John 17:20-23

 

Project Lead, a student spiritual leadership team, is advised by Jim Uitermarkt and Leah Genuario. “We are very excited how the Lord is growing this event and are excited to be part of it, working in partnership with a number of churches and area leaders,” says Genuario.
