EC Auction Gala – Participate from Anywhere!
Can’t Make It To The Auction? No worries, there are two ways to participate!
The EC Auction Gala is this week and tickets for the event are no longer available. Even if you are not attending you can still participate in the silent and/or live auction to help support EC! See the instructions below to find out how.
Silent Auction – Mobile Bidding
Silent Auction items can be bid on from your phone or computer from anywhere! Simply click this EC Auction Gala link, click “sign in” to create an account, and you’re ready to start bidding in the silent auction!
Live Auction – Absentee Bidding
If you cannot attend the Auction Gala, but would like to bid on a Live Auction item, here is what you need to do:
1. Visit the EC Auction Gala website
2. Click “Sign In” and register with your name, credit card, email, and phone number
2. BidPal will assign you a bidder number that will be used by a representative on your behalf at the Live Auction
3. Email us at: events@easternchristian.org by Wednesday, April 24th and let us know which item you would like to bid on, and what your maximum bid would be. Think carefully about the amount of your highest bid for the package, because that bid cannot be adjusted when bidding is occuring
4. You will be contacted and arrangements will be made to get you the certificate if you are the winning bidder
