Cross Country 10/27/14

Last Friday the EC XC team participated in The Passaic County Cross Country Championship Meet. The Women finished 8th and the men 10th, both a bit better than expected.  Kelly Bosloper led the team with a 20th place finish, qualifying her for 2nd team status.  Carter Heerema just missed that honor placing 22nd.  On Tues. of this week we ran a coed, handicap meet with HCA on our home course at Goffle Brook Park in Hawthorne.  ECs combined team won by a score of 23 to 34, (low score wins in XC).  The combined ladies lost to the combined men 30 to 26.  10 EC runners recorded their best performances of the year so far!
