Bio:The way students learn and giving access to all students for that opportunity to access knowledge is what makes Naomi passionate about teaching. She remembers teachers at Eastern Christian who made that possible for her, and knew from a very young age that she wanted to teach. Teaching middle school students is by far her favorite! When she is not in the classroom or learning herself, Naomi is with her husband Matt (also a graduate of EC) and her two teenage daughters, Jennifer and Kirsten. They love being in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains in NY all seasons of the year where they snowmobile, paddle board, hike, boat, swim and spend time with extended family and friends. The Braunius family are active members of Emergence Church in Totowa.
