Please tell us about yourself
I grew up in Waldwick, NJ. I enjoy being a grandmother, reading, sewing, and baking.
How has God brought you to EC?
When my granddaughter, Elizabeth, started preschool at EC, I decided to volunteer by serving pizza and supporting the other PTO activities. That quickly evolved into becoming a substitute teacher at the Midland Park campus. It seemed that after a thirty one-year teaching career that I was not done in the classroom yet! God had other plans for me, and now I am returning to the classroom, this time as a paraprofessional in the preschool.
What sets EC apart?
Having spent most of my career in public school, I appreciate the value of cultivating deeply rooted Christian faith in students to foster their holistic growth. EC’s commitment to centering Christ’s teachings along with strong academics through individualized learning and high disciplinary standards sets EC apart.
