Welcome, Stephanie Roa!

Eastern Christian School welcomes Stephanie Roa as fifth grade science and social studies teacher.

Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in business from MSU. She is a product of Christian school and an experienced teacher. Stephanie is also a classically taught pianist and singer.

Please tell us about yourself.

I grew up in the Bronx, Paterson, and Clifton. I like working out, drawing, playing piano.

How has God brought you to work at EC?

God opened doors for me to work again in a Christian school when I was looking for a new job and put people in my life who helped show me it was God’s plan for me to come here.

What sets EC apart?

I know that wherever Christians are joined together, God is there. I believe that having a community of teachers and staff who love the Lord and want to put him first in everything, especially in the classroom, is especially impactful. Students will see a model of what it means to put God at the center of their lives.
