What do you love about Eastern Christian School?
I love the biblical perspective of the way teachers teach the subject.

Describe one of your favorite teachers and tell why he/she is a favorite.
I love Mrs.Heerema because she explains everything clearly and she is willing to help anyone inside or even outside of school.

In what ways have you grown in your faith as a result of your experience at Eastern Christian School?
I have grown in my faith at EC because I never experienced God’s presence until I came to this school. Everyone worshiping together made me want to learn more about God and have my own relationship with him.

How do you feel that EC prepared you for graduation, college/career and life?
EC prepared me because it didn’t just make me want to teach children, but it made me realize that God’s plan is the plan I should follow. I wouldn’t be able to do this without God. I know that he will be with me every step of the way.

What opportunities did you experience at EC that you don’t think you would have gotten to experience anywhere else?
I was able to experience people being able to freely talk about God, worship God, and just many things being based on God and how it correlates with human life.

What would you say to a prospective student considering joining Eastern Christian School?
I would say that their faith wouldn’t be the same coming to this school. Many teachers connect with the students and keep them in prayer and it’s inspiring.
