The Building Blocks of Education: Preschool at EC

Every child has a natural inclination to learn. Eastern Christian’s Preschool program was designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and lay the foundations for future education. We offer half-day and full-day options, meeting the needs of a broad range of families. Our program is designed for children 2.5 – 5 years of age. We also offer before school care starting at 7:00am and after school care ending 6:00PM. 

Full-Day Preschool: 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Our full day students enjoy a morning of learning and fun in their classrooms, lunch with peers, opportunities for rest and play in the afternoon, and additional teacher led activities in the afternoon. They will experience the benefits of an intentional learning community that promotes academic, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. Most importantly, they will be prepared for kindergarten through strategic learning experiences led by passionate teachers in a Christ-centered environment. Whether students are learning about math or music, they are taught from a Biblical perspective, fostering spiritual development in an age-appropriate way.

Half-Day Preschool: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Half-day preschool students are exposed to the same core curriculum as those in our full-day program, promoting kindergarten readiness and proficiencies across core subject areas. They study the Bible and pray together daily, promoting a deeper understanding of Jesus’ life and lessons. Half-day students are dismissed for pick-up at 11:30 a.m. Not sure if a full or half-day preschool program would be best for your child? You don’t have to choose! Eastern Christian’s Preschool was designed with flexibility in mind. Your student can spend a few full days on campus and a couple of half days.
