What do you love about Eastern Christian School?
“All the love floating around for everybody and the love of God. I love EC because I feel safe here. The world is scary so I’m glad I can go somewhere I feel safe.”
Describe one of your favorite teachers and tell why he/she is a favorite:
“Mrs. Johnston is my favorite. She is really nice. She has made learning fun with Julia Gulia the puppet, touching octopus and snakes, and especially bear day. Bear day was fun because I got to bring my special bear to school and do lots of fun activities.”
In what ways have you grown in your faith as a result of their experience at Eastern Christian School?
“I have learned Bible verses to treasure in my heart. Having a school theme verse we can all try to live by teaches me to walk in Gods ways and singing in chapel allow s me to lift my praises high. The teachers love us so much and teaching us about how to live for God in our walk of life.”
How do you experience an education that is engaging, nurturing and transforming at EC?
“Mrs. Patterson has nurtured me by really caring for me and she helps me to give my best. She helps me not to get discouraged.”
How do you feel that EC is preparing you for graduation, college and life? What are your plans after you graduate (it’s okay if you don’t know)?
“I want to become a teacher when I grow up. EC teaches the way that I want to teach my class some day.”
