“I love that we have the freedom to speak about our faith.”

Why do you like teaching at Eastern Christian? What motivated you to become a teacher at Eastern Christian?
“Being able to incorporate faith in learning is very important to me. I became a teacher at ECHS because of the community.”

How do you teach a Christian Worldview in your classes at EC?
“I talk about how mathematics is a part of God and how when we study math we are studying the logical part of God.”

What is a unique experience, talent or interest that you bring to your classroom to help shape the learning experience of your students?

“I bring a talent in technology and I implement it in the classroom whenever possible.”

“I engage students at the level they are at. I nurture them in a way that develops them. I help to transform students into young men and women of Christ.”

What do you want your students to gain from having known you?
“A sense of self confidence, and the knowledge that their value is not wrapped up in a grade on a test, but in what Jesus did on the cross.”
