North Jersey International ESL Winter Immersion Program

American Experience ESL Winter Program located at Eastern Christian School in North Haledon, NJ

Eastern Christian's American Experience Winter Program will provide unique experiences for international students planning to study or currently studying in the U.S. The Winter Program will operate January 7th – February 1st, 2012 at the Wyckoff campus of Eastern Christian Middle School. The program is a full immersion American classroom experience that will provide students many opportunities to improve their English skills while experiencing American Culture. Participants can also build their confidence, make new friends and live the daily life of an American student.

The students will be taught by experienced Eastern Christian School teachers and will interact with current Eastern Christian Middle School students. They will participate in English as a Second Language classes and will learn grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing and conversation skills.

Students will also have the opportunity to join Eastern Christian School students in the classroom for Math, Science, Social Studies and Bible classes. Our program will also feature weekly field trips around the New York Metropolitan area.
