International Tuition Information
APPLICATION FEE:
- There is a one time application fee of $100.00 per family.
ACCEPTANCE FEE:
- A one time fee of $500.00 will be assessed to complete the I20 process (transfer or to issue).
TUITION SCALE FOR 2011-2012
- The tuition scale for all Eastern Christian School international parents with students in grades 5 through 12 is based on the number of children in the family and the grade level of those children as follows:

| **Tuition does not include the cost of an Eastern Christian Home-stay, meals, medical insurance or miscellaneous school fees such as field trips, EC transportation, athletic team fees, etc. |
TUITION CALCULATION - To calculate the tuition for your family:
- Find the tuition for the oldest child on line 1 of the tuition scale and in the correct grade column.
- Find the tuition for the second oldest child on line 2 of the tuition scale and in the correct grade column.
- Continue this procedure for all the children in your family and total the tuition. (If there were a 5th or 6th child, the tuition for each would be found on line 4 of the scale in the appropriate grade column.)

| Parents may choose EC busing round-trip | $1,250 per child |
| Parents may choose EC busing one way to or from school | $840 per child |
| Parents may choose the EC shuttle round trip between campuses | $840 per child |
| Parents may choose the EC shuttle one way | $420 per child |
| Parents may choose the EC shuttle one way combined with EC busing one way | $1,040 per child |
ANNUAL TECHNOLOGY FEE (per student, per year):
- Middle School (grades 5-8): $150.00
- High School (grades 9-12): $200.00
ATHLETIC FEES
- Fee for participation in athletics (grades 7-12) will be $250.00 per student, per sport with an $800.00 family maximum. The fee for a 6th grader participating in cross-country is $100.00 only.
NEW STUDENT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FEE
- There is a $1,000.00 Capital Improvement Fee assessed to all new families (ALL Eastern Christian families) with students entering grades 5-12.
