Step One - Application Phase

• Application
• Pastor's Form
• School Form and records
  - Report card and standardized test scores for the past two years
  - Discipline records
  - Special evaluations (IEP, Child Study Team, etc)
• Immunization record
• Please review the Parent Agreement and Internet Usage Agreement
• A copy of the applicant's birth certificate
• $100 application fee (non-refundable)
• Please submit the above forms, records, and fee to:

The application process will not continue until all the above documentation and fees are submitted to Eastern Christian School Association.

Step Two - Interview Stage

Once the Director of Admission has received all documents, forms, and fees the Office of Admission's will contact you to schedule an interview.

Students Grade 5 - 12

• The interview will be conducted in person at the Eastern Christian School Admission Office. At least one parent and the applicant are required to attend.

Students PK - 4

• A family interview will be conducted at the school. At least one parent must attend. Students applying for Preschool or Kindergarten are not required to attend. When the interview is completed all records, forms, and a summary of the interview will be submitted to the respective Eastern Christian School for review. If the applicant meets all the ECSA admissions requirements, including the interview and approval by the respective school, the ECSA Admission Office will notify the parents that the student has been accepted as an ECSA student.

Step Three - Enrollment

Enrollment is not official until all the documentation, fees, etc. are received.

  -The physical examination must be current and remain current for the entire school year.

• Tuition and Fees Worksheet

• Smart Tuition Form
• Transportation
• T.R.I.P. application (optional)
• High School Back to School Retreat Form (optional)

Final Step

*Enrollment will be considered official once the financial contract is signed and submitted to Eastern Christian School Association.

All new students entering Eastern Christian High School must schedule an appointment with the Guidance office for class scheduling and to complete a math placement test and a writing essay. Please call 973.427.0900 ext. 215

All other grades (PK-8) will be contacted by the school regarding important dates for orientation, teacher assignments, supply lists, back to school night, etc.
